Ice Cream Toppings

Honeycomb, or cinder toffee pieces can make excellent finishes to ice creams and buttercreams. Using a barrier coated honeycomb stops the moisture migrating from the dessert, which makes the honeycomb dissolve, and keeps it crunchy.

Here, we have tried out 3 different types of coated honeycomb on ice cream scoops; barrier coated,   chocolate coated and chocolate & lustre dusted. Perfect for an ice cream parlour – easily stored and easy to sprinkle!
