Toffee Chunk Cookies

These bake stable toffee pieces give excellent results when pre-baked into cookies and maintain their shape, flavour and texture during freeze-thaw conditions. The binding ingredient present in bake stable toffee prevents melting during baking temperatures of up to 200°C for 20-25mins.

Application Ideas

  • Bake into bread.
  • Sprinkle onto cookies pre-bake.
  • Mix through cake batter and bake.
