The HERZA range of chocolate pieces encompasses leaves, shavings, drops, chips, pebbles, decorative shapes, chunks, powder and buttons in milk or white chocolate, with nougat, yoghurt, crunchy pieces, or caramel, with or without sugar coating creating an almost inexhaustible range of high quality functional chocolate for the food manufacturer.  

All aspects of the production process of the chocolate pieces are carefully controlled and integrated, starting with the bean - in Herza's own roasting plant - to the creation of the chocolate paste, all the way through to the finished product. The very best ingredients are used to create chocolate that meets the most demanding requirements in respect of appearance, melt, bite, and above all flavour.
