Our speciality is food contract packing and blending, covering product styles such as potato mix, gravy, complete dry mixes, pasta, sweet decorations and inclusions, freeze dried fruit and marshmallows, on our BRC A+ accredited site. Additionally we have extensive warehousing facilities for storage and pick and pack. Accreditations further include BRC Agents and Brokers, RSPO, M&S Gold Standard, organic and halal. Finished formats cover sachets, jars, tubs, IBC bags, cartons and shelf ready packaging. We are able to source all components, covering raw materials for bulk blends, finished confections, primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. We can also work specifically with customers’ speciality seasonal and event packaging, including tins and cartons. We offer a reworking service to include repackaging, relabelling and decanting.
We are also happy to take on projects to re-engineer current products, perhaps driven by alternative fat formulation; to reduce cost, or to solve problems in our customers’ production processes. With increased desire by consumers for clean and clear labels, retailers and manufacturers are considering alternative formulations. The expertise and development time of our Applications Chef, is part of the service we offer to support our contract blending and packing facility.
